Food Safety

As a market leader in the food industry, Goodman Fielder is committed to the promotion of food safety.

Recent reforms to Australian food safety legislation have changed State and Territory Food Acts. Among the changes, food businesses are required to adopt food safety programs based on the principles of the HACCP system.

What is HACCP?

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points which is a food safety system that identifies food safety hazards and looks at how your business controls the hazards to ensure that you produce safe food.
