Chicken Skewers

- 1 chicken thigh or chicken breast
- 1 can coconut milk
- 4 tbsp korma cooking sauce
- 1 lime
- skewer sticks
- ETA Sal Fry for grilling

- Method - Dice chicken into small cubes. Pierce onto skewers. Spray ETA Sal Fry onto grill and cook both sides. Heat korma cooking sauce in pan until fragrant. Add coconut milk, season and add a squeeze of lime.
- To Assemble - Pour korma cooking sauce into shooter glasses, arrange on platter and balance the chicken skewers on top of shot glass.
