Lamb Koffta Kebabs

Ingredient Preparation & Service
  • 500g lamb mince
  • 6 finely diced green onions
  • 2 tbsp chiffonade of mint
  • 1 egg whole
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 carrots
  • Turkish bread
  • ETA® Barbecue Sauce
  • ETA Sal-Fry® Oil
  • parsley (chopped for garnish)
  • carrot
  • Method - Combine all ingredients together well. Mould onto skewers. Apply ETA Sal-Fry® Oil onto grill, cook until well done arrange onto plate, add ETA® BBQ Sauce.
  • To Assemble - Garnish with chopped parsley & shredded carrot & slices of turkish bread on the side.
