Sweet & Sour Vegetable with Pork & Tumeric Rice

- 4 Mushrooms
- 1 Red Capsicum
- 1 Green Capsicum
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Yellow Zucchini
- 8 Green Beans
- 4 Broccoli Flowerets
- 2 Cups WHITE WINGS Premium Batter
- 400g Diced Pork
- 1.5 Cups Rice
- 1 Teaspoon Tumeric
- 1 Cup Plain Flour
- 1 Table Spoon Butter
- 1 Cup Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 2 ltr Crisco Liquid Gold

- Deep Fryer - Pre Heat CRISCO LIQUID GOLD to 180°c in deep fryer.
- Prepare Vegetables - Cut into halves Mushrooms, Cut into QTRS - Red & Green Capsicum, Red Onion, Yellow Zucchini, full green beans & Broccoli flowerets.
- Batter Mix - Prepare to recipe.
- Rice - place 2 cups of Rice with 3 Cups of water & Tumeric into a sauce pan, cover with a lid & boil for 10min. Remove from heat & add 50g of butter mix through well.
- Cook Pork & Vegetables - Pre Flour Vegetables & Pork put through WHITE WINGS Premium Batter mix & cook in Deep fryer until Golden brown
- Assemble - Place Rice on serving dish, arrange Vegetable & Pork on rice & dress with Sweet & Sour sauce.
