Step by Step Instructions
- Weigh mix into a mixing bowl and add weighed water amount.
- Using a dough hook mix for 30 seconds to a minute. (Do not over mix).
- Flour bench, roll out dough and portion with cutter or knife.
- Place on baking tray and bake at 210-220 degrees C for 10 to 15 minutes.
