Lamb Koffta Kebabs

- 500g lamb mince
- 6 finely diced green onions
- 2 tbsp chiffonade of mint
- 1 egg whole
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 carrots
- Turkish bread
- ETA® Barbecue Sauce
- ETA Sal-Fry® Oil
- parsley (chopped for garnish)
- carrot

- Method - Combine all ingredients together well. Mould onto skewers. Apply ETA Sal-Fry® Oil onto grill, cook until well done arrange onto plate, add ETA® BBQ Sauce.
- To Assemble - Garnish with chopped parsley & shredded carrot & slices of turkish bread on the side.
