Mild Curry Beef

- 180g eye fillet small slices/pieces
- 2 tbsp mild curry paste
- bread
- 3 pears poached in raspberry juice
- 100g rocket leaves
- ETA mayonnaise
- 1 packet pappadums

- Method - Marinate the steak in mild curry paste. Sear on hot grill and set aside to cool. Remove crust from the bread, shallow fry until golden in colour. Set aside on absorbent paper. Cut pear in half and then length ways. Apply a small dollop of ETA mayonnaise to crouton, place rocket on top, then dress with a slice of pear and beef. Arrange on a platter with pappadums on the side.
