Plain Biscuit Dough
Baking Temperature 200°C
Baking Time 12-14 minutes

- (1) 1500g PILOT Flavo Margarine
- (1) 1500g PILOT Cake Mello
- (1) 1500g Castor Sugar
- (1) 800g Plain Flour
- (1) 250g Rice Flour
- (2) 400g Eggs
- (3) 2000g Plain Flour
- (3) 20g Baking Powder
- (3) 20g Salt

- Method - Blend group (1) together with beater until smooth. Add eggs until incorporated into mix. Finally add group (3) ingredients and mix on low speed until dough is cleared. Refrigerate for 1 hour before handling. Roll into desired sized logs roll in 1A sugar and regrigerate for 2hrs before cutting.

Recipes Notes
- For every 2000g of dough add 450gms of either Chocolate Chips, Walnuts, Pecans, Almonds, Flavored pastes, coffee and essences may also be used.
