Eastern Style Platter

- 500g pork, minced
- 4 tablespoons ETA barbecue sauce
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 spring onions chopped
- 3 tablespoons water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh finger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lime rind
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup extra sweet chilli sauce

- Method - Pre-heat oven to 210°C. Place pork in a large bowl and add breadcrumbs, egg, spring onions, water chestnuts, mint, coriander, ginger, lime rind, ETA barbecue sauce, fish sauce and chilli sauce. Mix well, until combined. Form into bite size balls. Place on a lightly greased tray and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. While still hot, brush pork balls with the extra chilli sauce.
- To Assemble - Place pork balls on a large platter, along with fish spring rolls, won tons, tempura prawns and dipping sauce.
