Garlic & Lemon Beef Kebabs

Ingredient Preparation & Service
  • 1 Tablespoon Crisco® Canola Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Crushed Garlic
  • 10 Pieces Rosemary
  • 600g Diced Beef Topside
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 small Red Onions
  • 1 large Diced Red Capsicum
  • 1 large Diced Green Capsicum
  • salt to season
  • Marinade - Mix Crisco® Canola Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Rosemary & Salt. Add Beef, mix well & marinade for 2 hours.
  • Kebabs - Add Beef & vegetable alternatively to Bamboo skewers (Retain remaining marinade)
  • Cooking - BBQ on an open grill or grill plate brushing frequently with remaining marinade.
  • Assemble - Serve with Crisp Gardern Salad.
