Garlic & Lemon Beef Kebabs

- 1 Tablespoon Crisco® Canola Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Teaspoons Crushed Garlic
- 10 Pieces Rosemary
- 600g Diced Beef Topside
- 2 medium Zucchini
- 2 small Red Onions
- 1 large Diced Red Capsicum
- 1 large Diced Green Capsicum
- salt to season

- Marinade - Mix Crisco® Canola Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Rosemary & Salt. Add Beef, mix well & marinade for 2 hours.
- Kebabs - Add Beef & vegetable alternatively to Bamboo skewers (Retain remaining marinade)
- Cooking - BBQ on an open grill or grill plate brushing frequently with remaining marinade.
- Assemble - Serve with Crisp Gardern Salad.
