- 1/2 Cup Crisco® Canola Oil
- 8 Ricotta Filled Cannelloni
- 4 Roma Tomatoes
- 1/4 Bunch (Washed & Sliced) Fresh Basil
- Whole Basil leaves for Garnish
- Parmesan Cheese for Garnish
- 1 Sliced Red Onion
- 1/2 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Table Spoon Tomato Puree
- 1 Teaspoon White Castor Sugar
- Salt & Pepper to Season

- Roma Tomato & Basil Slaw - Combine Roma Tomato, Basil, Red Onion, Balsamic Vinegar, CRISCO CANOLA Oil, Tomato Puree, Castor Sugar & Salt/Pepper, toss well and set aside
- Cannelloni - Prepare as directed and serve on top of Roma Tomato & Basil Slaw
- Garnish - Parmesan cheese & Basil Leaf
