  • 1/2 Cup Crisco® Canola Oil
  • 8 Ricotta Filled Cannelloni
  • 4 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Bunch (Washed & Sliced) Fresh Basil
  • Whole Basil leaves for Garnish
  • Parmesan Cheese for Garnish
  • 1 Sliced Red Onion
  • 1/2 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Table Spoon Tomato Puree
  • 1 Teaspoon White Castor Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper to Season
  • Roma Tomato & Basil Slaw - Combine Roma Tomato, Basil, Red Onion, Balsamic Vinegar, CRISCO CANOLA Oil, Tomato Puree, Castor Sugar & Salt/Pepper, toss well and set aside
  • Cannelloni - Prepare as directed and serve on top of Roma Tomato & Basil Slaw
  • Garnish - Parmesan cheese & Basil Leaf
