Thai Fish Cakes & Dipping Sauce

Ingredient Preparation & Service
  • 1 tablespoon Crisco® Canola Oil
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 4 boneless fish fillets
  • 2 green shallots finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Fish Cakes - Mince Fish Fillets, mix with Curry Paste, Fish Sauce, Shallots, Salt & Pepper, mix and shape into patties.
  • Cooking - Heat Crisco Sunflower Oil in a large frying pan, cook Fish Cakes until golden brown & serve with dipping Sauce.
  • Dipping Sauce - Mix Yoghurt & Chilli Sauce and serve.
