Thai Fish Cakes & Dipping Sauce

- 1 tablespoon Crisco® Canola Oil
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 4 boneless fish fillets
- 2 green shallots finely chopped
- salt and pepper

- Fish Cakes - Mince Fish Fillets, mix with Curry Paste, Fish Sauce, Shallots, Salt & Pepper, mix and shape into patties.
- Cooking - Heat Crisco Sunflower Oil in a large frying pan, cook Fish Cakes until golden brown & serve with dipping Sauce.
- Dipping Sauce - Mix Yoghurt & Chilli Sauce and serve.
