QBA Ciabatta Loaf White is rectangular in shape and has been par baked on a stone floor oven to give a crusty finish. It has been topped with a light dusting of flour. It’s great on its own, as a cracker substitute for dips, spreads and antipasto delicacies or as an alternative to garlic bread.


Wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, olive oil (1%), wheat semolina, iodised salt, yeast, malted wheat flour, vitamins (Thiamin, Folic Acid).


Contains wheat, milk, sesame seeds and soy.

Storage Instructions

Once product is thawed out it is not recommended to be re-frozen.

Preparation Instructions

Product is to be flash baked at 220C for 8-10 mins.

The recommended bake time and temperature may vary depending on the amount of trays, type of trays used, amount of product, and type of oven used.


Perfect with dips, spread and antipasto delicacies, as a substitue for garlic bread, or for making crunchy croutons.
