Preparation Instructions:
1. Place half the water in a mixing bowl.
Add Batter Mix and blend on low speed using a cake beater, for 1 minute.
2. Add balance of water and blend on medium speed for 1-2 minutes.
3. Dip pre-floured food items into batter. In general fry products at 190°C
