Chicken, Fusilli and Avocado Pasta Salad

The classic combination of chicken and avocado brought together in a creamy pasta salad is sure to have everyone coming back for more!
Makes 10, scale as needed.


300 g Praise Premium Mayonnaise
400 g Cooked poached or steamed chicken breast-torn into pieces
500 each Fusilli pasta, cooked and refreshed (raw weight*)
600 g Avocado, skin and stone removed, diced
300 g Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
60 g Spring onion, chopped fine
20 g Parsley, chopped
1 g Salt and pepper
10 mL Fresh lemon juice
250 g Cherry tomato-cut in half


Step 1

Place all ingredients into a bowl, add Praise Mayonnaise.

Step 2

Season with salt and pepper and fresh lemon juice. Mix well.

A quick and easy chicken salad recipe using the classic combination of chicken and avocado.
