Rice Bran Oil
Rice bran oil is extracted from the hard outer layer of the rice grain called chaff.
It is well known in the industry for its high smoke point (232 oC/450 oF) and mild flavour. Due to its nature, rice bran oil is most favoured for shallow frying, deep frying, baking and stir frying.
