Bunny Chow Sliders with Three Bean Chilli and Burnt Ends

An innovative way to use up the burnt end from the brisket. Spicy, crunchy and fresh this slider will be a hit at your next event.

Ingredients

10 each QBA Ciabatta Dinner Rolls White
500 g Three Bean Chilli
500 g Brisket Burnt Ends
100 g Pickled Chilli
50 g Jalapenos
30 g Micro Herbs

Method

Step 1

Cook the Artisan White Ciabatta dinner rolls in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden and crusty.

Step 2

Slice off the top of the Ciabatta Rolls, and hollow out the inside by slicing around the crust and pulling out the filling with your hand.

Step 3

Add the three bean chilli mix into the cavern and top with a piece of burnt end.

Step 4

Garnish with sliced jalapenos, pickled chillies and a sprinkling of micro herbs.
