Fill your deep fryer with Crisco Liquid Gold Oil. Pre heat to 180° Celsius
To crumb the chicken, dust the chicken in the flour. Beat the eggs well in a bowl and drag each chicken fillet through the egg mix, Transfer into the breadcrumbs lightly pressing to get the crumbs to coat evenly. Deep fry at 180° C until crisp and golden. Remove from the fryer and drain on kitchen paper towel to remove any excess oil.
Place lettuce or lettuce mix into a bowl add the Praise Caesar dressing and toss lightly. Lay the Wonder wraps on to a flat clean surface. Down the centre lay the lettuce mix followed by the tomato slices and crispy chicken strips. Roll and serve immediately for optimum freshness.
For presentation once the wrap is rolled cut it on an angle to serve.
For extra flavour and texture add some grated parmesan cheese to the crumbs or season the crumbs with spices, herbs or lemon zest.
