The fantastic addition to any cake - this mock cream will have you adding layer after layer to your creations.
Makes 1, scale as needed.


2 kg PILOT Creme Cup
1.5 kg Castor Sugar
1 L Water


Step 1

Whisk on second speed until sugar is dissolved – around fifteen minutes.

Step 2

Add the Water to the Creme and Sugar mix in small amounts over five to seven minutes on second speed.


Note: Number of Serves is based on approximately 4.5kg of Mock Cream.
