The new ordering cart, launched by Goodman Fielder Food Service is hosted on the website, www.gffoodservice.com.au and allows food service businesses to browse Goodman Fielder product/s and place an expression of interest order with their nominated distributor. You can locate the cart in the top right corner of the website.
The order can be placed by clicking on the product and selecting the “Add to Cart” button on the page under its description. There are no product prices listed on the website as all order fulfilment and payments will be managed by the distributor once the order has been placed.
To complete the order, select “View your cart” and click your relevant distributor/s from the drop down and fill in the fields of the form. If you know of your distributor account number, there is a free text section at the end of the form for you to include it.
Those who don’t have an account with a distributor, or cannot find the distributor that they use can also use the online ordering system but are required to select “Distributor not listed”.
Once the fields have been filled, you are required to select “Complete order”. Goodman Fielder will then process the order with the distributor on behalf of the customer. Orders that require bread and bakery items will be placed with a Goodman Fielder sales representative and customer service direct.
Once this has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you fail to receive an email, contact Goodman Fielder Food Service via the website with your reference number. Orders will be processed within two to three days after placement and your distributor to contact you to confirm pricing. This ordering cart is not for overnight orders.
