Sticky Pork Ribs

These sticky pork ribs really shine with the combination of sweet and tangy ingredients that marry perfectly together to create this no fuss rib recipe.
Makes 10, scale as needed.

Ingredients

200 mL Praise Tangy Tomato Dressing
4 kg American pork ribs/racks, silver skin on underside removed
200 mL ETA Barbecue Sauce
200 mL Tomato sauce
100 mL Holbrook’s Worcestershire Sauce
100 mL Orange juice
20 g Smoked paprika
10 g Garlic clove, crushed
150 g Brown sugar
20 g Herbs for garnish - Parsley etc

Method

Step 1

In a bowl combine ETA Barbecue Sauce, Holbrook’s Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, orange juice, paprika, garlic and sugar.

Step 2

Place ribs onto roasting tray, pour marinade over the top, cover and refrigerate for at least 5 – 6 hours or overnight.

Step 3

Brush the marinade of the ribs into a container then place onto a wire rack on top of baking paper or foil lined roasting tray.

Step 4

Place into a pre heated oven at 140 °C. Baste with marinade every 10 – 15 minutes bake for 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the thickness until meat between the ribs is tender and almost falls of the bone.

Step 5

Serve with a ramekin of Praise Tangy Tomato Dressing.
