Add the White Wings Plain Flour to a mixing bowl, along with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Then, add the White Wings Rolled Oats, dried raisins and salt.
Slice the dried apricots into thirds, then add them to the mixture. Using your hands, mix the ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, add the vanilla essence, honey, Crisco Vegetable Oil and the eggs. Whisk the ingredients until they are well blended and the eggs have been broken down.
Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients bowl, then pour in the wet ingredients. Give it a good stir and make sure it has blended together.
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and place in the oven at 165 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Once it has cooked through, allow it to cool down before slicing into medium-sized bars.
