|50||g||Diced Spanish Onion|
|15||g||Diced Jalepeno Chilli|
|10||each||Pampas 70mm Tart Shells|
|50||g||Shredded Tasty Cheese|
Fry capsicum, onion, garlic and jalapeno in oil and add Taco Seasoning
Whisk in the eggs, cream and season.
Place 20g filling in each tart. Fill each tart with the egg mixture and add shredded cheese.
Bake for 8 minutes at 160°C. Once completed, serve with some guacamole and a wedge of lemon.
