    Wheat flour, grain blend (oat, linseed, malted wheat, red wheat, soy, purple wheat, sunflower kernel, rye), iodised salt, gluten, sugar, canola oil, soy flour, emulsifiers (472e, 481), dough conditioners (170, 300, 516, 920), enzymes, vitamins (thiamin, folic acid).

    Preparation Instructions:

    Bread and Roll Premix 12 500 g
    Yeast Dried 160 g
    Water (Variable) 7 000 mL
    (Add more water as needed to achieve the desired dough handling characteristics)

    1. Place all ingredients in a spiral mixer, mix on slow for 2 minutes and then 6-9 minutes on fast or until dough has fully developed.
    2. Remove dough from mixer and rest for 5 minutes – covered.
    3.  Scale into desired weights and mould round.
    4. Rest for 10 minutes – covered.
    5. Final mould into desired shapes and place on trays, into tins or floured proofing baskets.
    6. Proof for approximately 40-50 minutes.
    7. Bake at 210-220°C for 20-30 minutes depending on dough weight.
    8. Cool, then pack, label or place bread band around each loaf if required.
