Mix the PILOT Pie Shortening, Bakers Flour, Milk Powder and Salt at a low speed until well dispersed (you can include herbs, garlic or chilli to taste).
Add the Water to the dry ingredients and mix until clear
Add the White Wings Flour and the Baking Powder and mix to a clear dough, taking care not to over mix.
Pastry will take 20-25 minutes to bake at 220°-230°C
