Season beef with salt and pepper, then drizzle with oil. Cook the beef on a chargrill until the desired liking is reached, then thinly slice.
Slice the onions finely, then pan fry them until brown. Add balsamic to the onions and stir continuously until they become caramelised.
To assemble the Helga’s Mixed Grain Wrap, place a layer of the rocket at the bottom followed by beef, onion and BBQ aioli. Fold wrap tightly to enclose and cut in half. This dish can be served with a side of chips.
