This Roast Beef Wrap recipe is one of my favourites to create for my customers because the opportunities are endless. It can easily be altered based on dietary requirements, while also being able to be served either toasted or fresh. It’s a dish that can cater to everyone’s needs and wants.

Method

Step 1

Season beef with salt and pepper, then drizzle with oil. Cook the beef on a chargrill until the desired liking is reached, then thinly slice.

Step 2

Combine the ETA BBQ Sauce and Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise together in a small bowl.

Here the chef is seen combining the bbq sauce and mayonnaise

Step 3

Slice the onions finely, then pan fry them until brown. Add balsamic to the onions and stir continuously until they become caramelised.

Step 4

To assemble the Helga’s Mixed Grain Wrap, place a layer of the rocket at the bottom followed by beef, onion and BBQ aioli. Fold wrap tightly to enclose and cut in half. This dish can be served with a side of chips.

The chef is adding the rocket and beed to the wrap

The chef then adds the cooked onion and sauce to the wrap

The chef then wraps the wrap
