Nutella Bombs

A quick and easy sweet treat that will have the kids and adults lining up for more. The contrast of the gooey chocolate centre and crunchy Artisan Ciabatta White Roll is reminiscent of the French pastry, pain au chocolate.
Makes 10, scale as needed.

Ingredients

10 each QBA Ciabatta Dinner Rolls White
210 g Nutella or alternative hazelnut spread
10 g Icing Sugar to dust

Method

Step 1

Pre heat the oven 150° C. Cut a small hole in the top of the Artisan White Ciabatta Dinner Roll and pipe the spread into each roll. Put onto a baking tray and bake for 6 to 8 minutes to warm the Nutella and make it gooey.

Step 2

Dust with Icing Sugar and serve while warm.
