Need something for your next catering event? These oat muffins with the sweet addition of sultanas are so delicious and best served warm! The best thing is - you can make them in a big batch, saving you time in the kitchen.
Makes 12, scale as needed.

Ingredients

90 g White Wings Rolled Oats
264 g White Wings Self Raising Flour
170 g Goodman Fielder Ingredients Sultanas
60 mL Simply Vegetable Oil
105 g Sugar
1 each Egg
236 mL Milk

Method

Step 1:

Place the White Wings Self Raising Flour, White Wings Rolled Oats and Goodman Fielder Ingredients Sultanas in a large bowl.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl, combine the milk and egg. Whisk the mixture, then add it to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 3:

Scoop the mixture into party cakes in a muffin tray and sprinkle additional oats over-the-top. Then, bake them for approximately 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees celsius.

Step 4:

Once the oat muffins have finished baking, allow them to rest forĀ 10 minutes, then serve.
