Ingredients

Serves:
  • 1 kg Boneless Chicken Thigh
  • 16 g Ground Cumin
  • 16 g Ground Coriander
  • 24 g Garam Masala
  • 16 g Ground Fennel
  • 20 g Kashmiri Chili Powder
  • 100 mL Yoghurt
  • 8 g Tandoori Paste
  • 4 g Tandoori Powder
  • 18 g Fenugreek Seeds
  • 100 g Fortune Biryani Special Basmati Rice

Method

Step 1

Cook your Fortune Biryani Special Basmati Rice according to the instructions found on the bag.

Step 2

Add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, fennel, kashmiri chili, tandoori paste and tandoori powder into the yoghurt and mix well.

Step 3

Saute the fenugreek seeds until fragrant and add to the rest of the yoghurt and mix. Marinate the chicken, leaving whole.

Step 4

Set aside for 24 hours in the fridge.

Step 5

Grill chicken on a hot pan until cooked through and charred.
