This smoky and sticky buffalo wing recipe is an easy take on American style BBQ that will make entertaining a breeze!
Buffalo Wings

Finger licking buffalo wings!

Ingredients

Serves:
  • 450 mL Praise Tangy Tomato Dressing
  • 3 kg Chicken wings
  • 200 mL ETA Barbecue Sauce
  • 200 mL Tomato sauce
  • 100 mL Holbrooks Worcestershire Sauce
  • 50 g Ginger, minced/grated
  • 10 g Garlic clove, crushed
  • 10 g Smoked paprika
  • 150 g Brown sugar

Method

Step 1

To make the marinade place ETA Barbecue Sauce, tomato sauce, Holbrooks Worcestershire Sauce, ginger, garlic, paprika and sugar in a large bowl and whisk until combined.

Step 2

Place chicken wings onto a large tray, pour over the marinade making sure the wings are well coated, cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.

Step 3

Place chicken wings onto baking paper lined roasting tray and cook in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes or until cooked, turning several times to ensure a nice sticky coating.

Step 4

Serve with a generous side dish of Praise Tangy Tomato Dressing.
