Two dark chocolate brownie cookies joined with delicious Chai Boy buttercream.

Ingredients

Serves:
  • 320 g Butter, unsalted
  • 20 g Chai Tea
  • 3 g Salt
  • 260 g Icing Sugar
  • 20 g Honey

Method

STEP 1

Blitz chai tea in a spice grinder or food process until fine. Set aside.

STEP 2

Melt butter in microwave until warm, add ground tea, place in fridge overnight.

STEP 3

The next day, remove chai infused and allow to come to room temperature and cube.

STEP 4

Add butter, salt, icing sugar mixure and honey to stand mixer. Incoporate on slow speed before beating on high speed for 5 minutes.
