The Pampas Shells are perfect for this recipe – it’s never been so quick and easy to create perfectly snackable, bite sized Quiches or Tarts. Topped with a smothering of gauc and you’re good to go!

Ingredients
Serves:
- 150 g Diced Red and Green Capsicum
 - 50 g Diced Spanish Onion
 - 1 each Clove Garlic
 - 15 g Diced Jalepeno Chilli
 - 20 g Taco Seasoning
 - 4 each Eggs
 - 150 mL Cream
 - 10 each Pampas 70mm Tart Shells
 - 10 mL Olive Oil
 - 50 g Shredded Tasty Cheese
 
Method
Step 1
Fry capsicum, onion, garlic and jalapeno in oil and add Taco Seasoning
Step 2
Whisk in the eggs, cream and season.
Step 3
Place 20g filling in each tart. Fill each tart with the egg mixture and add shredded cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 8 minutes at 160°C. Once completed, serve with some guacamole and a wedge of lemon.
