Step One
Grill chicken breast until golden and cooked through. Cool then chop roughly and transfer to a bowl.
Step Two
Mix together the Praise Classic Mayonnaise with ETA Barbecue Sauce, a tablespoon of water, salt and pepper. Toss through chopped chicken and green onion until fully combined.
Step Three
Slice artisan baguette. Spread with extra Praise Mayonnaise.
Step Four
Layer baguette with rocket, tomato, avocado, chicken mixture and cucumber. Serve.
