TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter the “Goodman Fielder – Win a VIP Sports Game Experience – Promotion” (the Promotion), claim any prize, and the prize forms part of these terms and conditions (the Terms & Conditions). Participating in the Promotion by any means (including but not limited to entering or attempting to enter; claiming or attempting to claim any prize) is deemed acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
2. No Sports organisation, league, stadium or team endorses, sponsors, or is associated with this Promotion and is not liable for its conduct in any way.
3. The promoter is Goodman Fielder Consumer Foods Pty Limited, ABN 35 000 024 546, of 118 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park, NSW, 2113.
4. Entry is open to Australian resident individuals aged 18 years or over who are authorised to enter the Promotion on behalf of an Australian customer of the Promoter that is either:
(a) an end-users of the participating product (i.e., supply product to members of the public for consumption), including cafés, restaurants, clubs, hotels, hospitals, schools or organisations of a similar kind; and
(b) a distributors of the product who supply the participating product to the end-users as specified in clause 4(a) (entrant or Customer).
Directors, management and employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter and the related companies and agencies associated with the conduct of the Promotion are ineligible. “Immediate family members” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
5. The Customer acknowledges that the Promoter has no control over the acts or omissions of its employees, subcontractors or any person attempting to enter on their behalf as a representative or authorised representative of the Customer. The Customer will ensure that its authorised representatives comply with these Terms and Conditions, as and when applicable. By entering on behalf of the Customer, the authorised representative, aged 18 years or over, warrants that they have, before entering, obtained permission from the Customer and are authorised to enter the Promotion on behalf of the Customer, and receive any prize on behalf of the Customer (if the prize is awarded to the authorised representative by the Promoter). The Promoter reserves the right to contact the Customer to confirm the individual’s or authorised representative’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, this condition. The Promoter takes no responsibility if the authorised representative or individual has not obtained permission, and may, in its absolute discretion, invalidate that individual or entry made by that individual on behalf of the Customer.
6. Promotion commences at 12:01 am AEST on 01/07/2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 31/08/2026 (Promotional Period). All times and dates specified throughout these Terms and Conditions will be either AEST or AEDT, as applicable in New South Wales.
7. To enter, a Customer (or authorised representative on behalf of a Customer) must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) If an end-user as set out in clause 4 (a), purchase 2 cartons of the Participating Product as outlined below;
(b) If a distributor as set out in clause 4 (b), purchase a pallet of the Participating Product as outlined below;
(c) The Customer must then visit https://www.gffoodservice.com.au/promotions/sports-game-experience-competition (the Website) and submit the required information, including uploading a copy of the relevant receipt.
8. Participating Product means the following products purchased during the Promotional Period:

Pampas Dispenser Roll Puff Pastry 2x5kg
Pampas Sheeted Puff Pastry 18-pack 6kg
9. Without excluding, limiting, or modifying any rights a Customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law, if the Customer returns any product(s), the Promoter reserves the right to deem any relevant entry ineligible or claim back any prize awarded if the entry no longer meets the purchase requirement as a result of the returned product(s).
10. Entrants must retain the original receipt as proof of purchase for verification purposes. Failure to provide proof of purchase for a specific entry or each entry in accordance with the Promoter’s request may deem the entrant ineligible and forfeit any right to a prize.
11. The Promoter must receive all entries during the Promotional Period. The Promoter will use the information supplied by or on behalf of the entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility if the information supplied is inaccurate, incomplete, illegible or indecipherable. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid. Any cost associated with entering the Promotion or accessing the Website is the individual’s responsibility. Entries will be deemed as received by the Promoter when they are received in the Promoter’s promotional database (according to the Promoter’s records) and not at the time of submission of the entry by the entrant.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, individuals, entrants, Prize Takers (as defined below), including (as applicable) an individual’s, entrant’s, or Prize Taker’s identity, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, entrant or Prize Taker whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion, or otherwise than in accordance with the spirit of the Promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or compensation from such an offender are reserved. Errors and omissions may be accepted by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
13. If there is a dispute about the identity of an individual, entrant or Prize Taker, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine their identity.
Prizes
14. The draw will be conducted at 1pm at The Commons Sydney Central, 20-40 Meagher St, Chippendale, NSW, 2008, on 4/09/2026, and the winners will be notified by email within 2 business days and published on the Website (first initial, surname and postcode, or business address and postcode, as the case requires) on 7/09/2026.
15. The first 14 valid entries drawn will each win a prize for one nominated person of the winning entrant (Prize Taker) with value of $5,214.29 (depending on the point of departure), consisting of:
(a) one ticket to attend a VIP sporting event in Sydney on 4/10/2026;
(b) if required, return economy airfares from the Prize Taker’s nearest capital city (or other regional airport that flies direct to Sydney, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion); and
(c) 1 night’s accommodation in a minimum 4-star hotel, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The prize is subject to booking and flight availability at all times and may be subject to additional conditions, including, but not limited to, a selected seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partners. If the Prize Taker cannot travel in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited. The prize must be taken to on the dates specified by the Promoter (as amended by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, if applicable).
If the sporting event forming part of the prize is postponed, rescheduled, changed, relocated, cancelled or otherwise unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority, substitute that element of the prize with attendance at another sporting event, hospitality experience or prize of equal or greater value and, where reasonably necessary, amend the travel, accommodation and other prize inclusions accordingly.
Spending money, excess baggage costs, meals and beverages (other than specified), taxes (excluding airport and airline taxes), travel insurance, transport to and from the airport departure point, any additional transfers other than those referred to in the Terms and Conditions, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, vaccinations and all other ancillary costs are not included in the prize. The itinerary is to be determined by the Promoter at its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The Prize Taker may be required to present their credit card at check-in for the accommodation as a security measure for any charges incurred during the stay, in addition to the accommodation cost. The Promoter recommends that the Prize Taker obtain travel insurance for their travel period.
The Prize Taker acknowledges that elements of the prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third-party prize suppliers, including booking conditions, fare rules, including any amendment fees, baggage restrictions, conditions of carriage, codes of conduct and any standard restrictions or participation conditions in addition to those outlined in these Terms and Conditions. The Prize Taker must become acquainted with any such additional terms and conditions before taking the prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional conditions imposed by third-party service providers on the taking of the prize or for the breach of those conditions by any person and the consequences that may follow. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be responsible for and cannot be held liable for any element of the prize, which is cancelled or delayed, or where the location is changed, or any other occurrence that is out of the reasonable control of the Promoter, or service or prize supplier providers.
16. The prize-winning entrant will be notified by the Promoter and will be requested to nominate an owner, director, manager, or employee (aged 18 years or over) to take the prize on the winning entrant’s behalf (nominated person), in accordance with the instructions specified. By providing the nominated person’s details to the Promoter, the prize-winning entrant warrants that it has obtained the nominated person’s prior consent to provide their personal information to the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Promotion and prize, and that the nominated person has been informed that the Promoter will handle their personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Failure of the winning entrant to follow the instructions may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the winning entrant being deemed ineligible to further participate in the Promotion, and forfeit any right to claim the prize for the entrant or on behalf of the Prize Taker, or cash or other consideration in lieu of the prize. In addition, once the winning entrant provides the details of the nominated person, the winning entrant transfers all of its rights to the prize to the nominated person, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Promoter takes no responsibility for acts or omissions of the nominated person or the Prize Takers, including but not limited to the nominated person no longer being employed by the winning entrant when the prize is ultimately provided.
17. Once the prize-winning entrant provides the nominated person’s details in accordance with the instructions, the Promoter will contact the nominated person. The nominated person may be required to complete and return a legal release, talent release and indemnity in the form required by the Promoter. Failure to follow these directions may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the nominated person being deemed ineligible to further participate in the Promotion, forfeit any right to claim the prize, or receive any cash or other consideration in place of the prize. If the nominated person claims the prize in accordance with the instructions, they will be deemed a “Prize Taker” and eligible to receive the prize.
General
18. The total prize pool value is AUD$73,000.00
19. The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes where applicable (inclusive of GST) at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date. Any tax implications arising from the acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. It is recommended that winners consult with their independent financial or tax advisor regarding any tax liability incurred.
20. Any unclaimed prize will be awarded via the unclaimed prize draw. The initially confirmed prize winners have up to 24 hours before the unclaimed-prize draw is scheduled to take place to claim their prize in accordance with the Promoter’s directions (i.e. until 12:00 pm on 15/09/2026). The unclaimed prize draw, if required, will take place at the same time and place as the original draw at 12:00 pm on 16/09/2026, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The winners, if any, will be notified by email within two (2) NSW business days of the draw and published (first initial, surname & postcode or name of business and postcode, as applicable) on the Website beginning on 17/09/2026.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Promoter’s decision, acting reasonably, will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by any event outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, industrial dispute, war, political unrest, riots, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of a prize, if the Promoter determines in its absolute discretion, that a winner/Prize Taker is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in or accept the prize.
23. Each prize, including any unused portion, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless permitted otherwise by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
24. If any prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to exchange the prize (or part thereof) with a prize of equivalent value and specification, subject to any direction from a lottery authority.
25. If any Prize Taker chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.
26. Before receiving any prize, any winners, including winning Customers, and Prize Takers must take part in selected reasonable promotional activities, including a photo session. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the winner and Prize Takers forfeiting the prize. The winner and/or Prize Takers consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same), in any media, for an unlimited period and without remuneration, to promote this Promotion (including any outcome), and promote any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The Promoter will own any intellectual property rights to the materials produced.
27. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or the Agency (including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant, Customer, or Prize Taker; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion and make any revisions to these Terms and Conditions, as appropriate.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry, prize or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner, entrant or Prize Taker; or (f) taking a prize.
30. The Promoter may collect personal information from entrants, authorised representatives, nominated persons and Prize Takers in order to conduct the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and nominated persons, administer and fulfil the prize, and arrange any travel, accommodation or other prize inclusions, and may for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on individuals providing their personal information. If a winning entrant provides the personal information of a nominated person or Prize Taker to the Promoter, the winning entrant must ensure that it has the authority to do so and has informed that person that their personal information will be handled by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. The Promoter will collect, store, use and disclose personal information as set out in its privacy policy, which can be viewed at the Website (Privacy Policy). In addition to any use outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning individuals. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how individuals may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how individuals may complain about a breach of the Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter may disclose personal information to its related entities, for purposes directly related to the conduct of the Promotion, customer service, and administrative management. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure that such overseas recipients handle the personal information in a manner that is consistent with the applicable Privacy Principles. All entries and prize claims become the property of the Promoter.
