Tangy tomato and a kick of chilli send this prawn slider to the next level! Whether it’s for a quick snack or easy entertaining this recipe will be a go to every time.

Ingredients
Serves:
- 10 each Artisan Ciabatta Dinner Roll
- 10 each Large tiger prawns- cleaned and deveined (30g each)
- 16 g Garlic minced
- 60 mL Olive oil
- 10 g Red Chilli - sliced
- 80 g Ox heart tomato
- 5 g Basil leaves torn
- 2 g Salt and Pepper
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil and fry off the garlic. Add the prawns and seal well.
Step 2
Add chilli and diced tomato and simmer for 5 minutes. The prawns should be still translucent. Season with the salt and pepper.
Step 3
Remove the prawns from the sauce and roughly chop. Return the prawns to the sauce and tear through the basil. Mix well
Step 4
Divide evenly between the Artisan Ciabatta Dinner Rolls and serve while still warm.
